The aim of the study is to provide answers to the question : what benefits can metropolisation generate for each territory ? and to produce recommendations to help these benefits materialise.
It is based on the identification, for each party, of noteworthy elements and evident deficiencies, as well as the definition of the level of each territory in the metropolisation process.
The study outlines a spatial organisation plan from which new territories emerge. On this basis, it is intended to implement strategies for such a redesigned cross-border metropolis.
Thanks to its innovative content, the study helps us take a major step towards understanding the current metropolisation process and helping to achieve it.
